Ready Legal Information
We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with Ready’s Terms of Service ("Terms"), which delineates the conditions governing your use of our Services and our obligations in providing them.

Information We Collect
Ready must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services, including when you install, access, or use our Services.
The types of information we receive and collect depend on how you use our Services. When registering for our Services, you can do so without providing any of your information, except when you choose to register using your email.
Our Services have optional features which, if used by you, require us to collect additional information to provide such features. You will be notified of such collection, as appropriate. If you choose not to provide the information needed to use a feature, you will be unable to use the feature. For example, you cannot share your location with your contacts if you do not permit us to collect your location data from your device. Permissions can be managed through your Settings menu on both Android and iOS devices.
Information You Provide
- Your Account Information: When you sign up for our Services, you do not have to to disclose any personal information unless you opt for email registration. You can add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and "Profile" information.
- Your Messages: We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Instead, your messages are stored on your device and not typically stored on our servers. Once your messages are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. The following scenarios describe circumstances where we may store your messages in the course of delivering them:
- Undelivered Messages: If a message cannot be instantly delivered (e.g., if the recipient is offline), we securely save it on our servers in an encrypted form for up to 30 days while we attempt to deliver it. If we cannot send the message within this time frame, we delete it.
- Media Forwarding: When a user forwards media within a message, we store that media temporarily in encrypted form on our servers to aid in more efficient delivery of additional forwards. We offer end-to-end encryption for our Services. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.
- Transactions and Payment Information: If you use our payment services or engage with our Services designed for financial transactions, we process additional data about you. This may include details like wallet addresses and transaction information.
- Customer Support and Communication: When you reach out to us for customer support or any other form of communication, you might share information related to your use of our Services. This can include message copies, any additional relevant information, and your contact details, such as an email address. For instance, you may send us an email detailing app performance or other concerns.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage And Log Information: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including activity-related, diagnostic, and performance data. This encompasses details like your usage patterns, Service configurations, interactions with other users (including businesses), activity timeframes, log files, as well as diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports. We also consider factors such as when you registered to use our Services, the features you use (e.g., messaging, calling, Status, groups), profile information, online status (your "last seen"), and profile updates.
- Device and Connection Details: We gather information specific to your device and connections when you install, access, or use our Services. This involves hardware models, operating system specifics, battery levels, signal strength, app versions, browser data, mobile networks, connection particulars (like phone numbers, mobile operators, or ISPs), language preferences, device operations data, and unique identifiers.

Your Information from Third Parties
- Other Users: When people in your network use our Services, they may share your phone number, name, and other details, just as you can share their information. They may also send you messages, interact with groups you are part of, or make calls. We require that these users have the legal right to collect, use, and share your info before they provide it to us. It is important to be aware that users can take screenshots or record your conversations or calls with them and may share these recordings with Ready or others or post them on different platforms.
- User Reports: Users can report your interactions and messages on our Services, just as you can report theirs. Third parties might also report interactions and messages. This reporting helps maintain compliance with our Terms and policies. When a report is made, we gather information about both the person making the report and the person being reported.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We collaborate with third-party service providers to help us in operating, improving, and supporting our Services, among other things. These providers assist us with app distribution, technical infrastructure, system delivery, cybersecurity, and other crucial aspects. They may, under certain conditions, provide us with information about you. For example, app stores might offer reports to aid us in diagnosing and resolving service issues.
- Third-Party Services: Our Services can be used alongside third-party services. When you integrate our Services with these third-party options, we may receive information about you from them. For instance, if you use the Ready share button on a news service to send a news article to your Ready contacts or groups, we might get information related to this interaction. Keep in mind that when using third-party services, their specific terms and privacy policies will govern your interactions with them.

Managing And Retaining Your Information
Should you wish to take control of, modify, restrict, or erase your information, you have the following tools at your disposal:
